Rewşan has exciting news for music lovers! The popular artist is releasing his first composition album titled "Hinar" on Friday, 18 October 2024. Rewşan's 9-song album, consisting entirely of his own lyrics, invites listeners to a deep emotional journey. "Hinar" (Pomegranate) delicately deals with universal themes such as love, hope, despair and self-acceptance. It talks about the possibility of us, who have many emotions, colours, identities and roles, to reconcile with our own nature and our effort to become one with our multiplicity, just like a pomegranate. The preparation phase of the album, which consists of songs written by Rewşan in different periods of his life, took place over a long period of time. When the artist decided to release these works as a composition album and took the producer's chair, two years of arrangement, studio and mix-mastering took place in Istanbul. With master musician and multi-instrumentalist Hakan Gürbüz in the arrangement chair, the album gains a marvellous musicality with the involvement of musicians who are virtuosos in their fields. Cenk Erdoğan's seminal ideas on guitars, Ediz Hafızoğlu's drums that settle in the heart of the songs and Elif Dikeç's musical language with her keyboard add an extraordinary depth to the album, while the presence of Ali Emre Algır on percussion, Barış Doğukan Yazıcı on trumpet, Emre Ay on kopuz, Serkan Yıldırım on kaval and zurna gives the album a fusion quality. The mix & mastering engineering of the album bears the signature of Evren Arkman. The album cover design of "Hinar", which is also visually striking, prepared by Better Things, combines with Senanur Akıl's photographs, while Gökçe Karaaslan and Şeyma Erikçi's styling work adds a fresh and attractive visuality to the album. The album, which will be distributed digitally through Believe, will also be pressed on vinyl by Aynalı Record.
